Ensuring safety and keeping all processes fully under control are crucial requirements for any transport application in intralogistics systems. To make sure goods aren’t damaged by being moved around on forklifts, item has developed Forklift Pocket 8 St 260x90x40. This part acts like a guide rail, making sure the forks of the truck are perfectly positioned when lifting up or setting down large load carriers, pallets and frames. It also stops the load from slipping or tipping to the side. The robust steel fittings are simply mounted to the underside of the load carrier and completely surround the forks when they are inserted. As a result, transported goods are held securely in place even when rounding bends and driving over uneven surfaces. The Forklift Pocket also protects the profile frame from damage. Another new product item is launching onto the market is Stacking Guide 8 St 120×80-30°. This fitting is designed to bring added safety and control for transport processes by ensuring pallets, containers and frames are perfectly positioned when stacked one on top of the other. As a robust and exceptionally durable centring aid, Stacking Guide 8 St 120×80-30° makes sure transported goods slide into the correct orientation when set down. It offers an effective means of preventing positioning errors. Both Forklift Pocket 8 St 260x90x40 and Stacking Guide 8 St 120×80-30° are fully compatible with the entire item MB Building Kit System and can be retrofitted to profiles with a Line 8 groove.
The new Jacking Castors D80 with Foot Pedal support mobility and stability. Comprising a height-adjustable castor and a non-slip knuckle foot, they ensure a firm footing during the working process. A foot pedal allows staff to lower the castor without having to bend uncomfortably. A simple foot-operated action also raises the work bench or rack again so it can be moved to the next location. Jacking Castor D80 is available with either an integrated 140 x 110 mm connecting plate or a protruding screw for attachment to an M12 thread.
