Plain Faced Line X Profiles
Profiles with closed grooves for the Item Line X System. T-Slots can be exposed locally where required by pealing away the aluminium cover.
Profile 8 120x120
Large section extruded aluminium profile with 8mm grooves. Symmetrical design ensures even loading.
Angled and Flat Profiles
4 sizes in modular 30mm and 60mm variations. Useful for making brackets and plates.
Asymmetrical End Caps
End caps for covering the cut ends of extruded aluminium profiles 30x24, 60x24, 40x32 and 80x32.
Aluminium Angle Bracket
Heavy-duty bracket for fastening of large aluminium profiles. High load-carrying capacity. No machining necessary.
Ball-Bearing Hinge
Die-cast hinge with dual ball-bearings allowing 180° of rotation. For fastening line 8 profiles.
Adjustable Foot and Rubber Insert 80x40
Adjustable foot for workbench and machine frame levelling. Allows frameworks to stand side by side or against a wall.
40x40 M10 Base Plate
Enables M10 knuckle feet to be attached to 40x40 profiles without expensive machining. Allows spindle to locate in the profile groove.
ESD Roller Elements
Antistatic rollers with our without side guides. Can be configured in any width or length by combining several units.
T-Slot Opener
Tool for opening the groove of profiles 8 and X with removable covers. Version available with set distance for use with standard fasteners.
T-Slot Deburrer
Tool for smoothing the edge of profile grooves after removal of peal-out groove. Adjustable shaft for ease of use.
